Organisational Wellness

When you start an exercise program at a gym, one of the first things they ask you to do is to check with your Doctor to make sure that the exercise won’t do you any harm. In other words they want to make sure that you are in a fit state to start the program designed to introduce changes.

Why should it be any different with an organisation?

So we use the well researched, tried and tested Organisational Wellness Instrument to carry out a health check of your target organisation. If the program is planned for just one division or location we just do the health check in the appropriate part of the organisation.  Like the GP, we provide detailed feedback for you on the findings and help you to identify places at risk and the need and potential for change to be effective.

The results of the OWI are then used to identify priority areas for creative solutions to be found. Typically the results are presented to each team or division within the organisation for further analysis and to identify the underlying causes of areas of concern.

Then everyone can choose and focus on the most critical issues right from the start.
